Take NY State Thruway to Exit 24. Take Northway (87 North)
to Exit 6. Make a right onto Route 7 to Latham Circle.
At Latham Circle take Route 2 East to Route 4 North. Make a
left onto 4 North. At next traffic light make a left onto
Congress Street. Go two blocks and make a right onto Second
Street go one block Caldwell Apartments is 17 State Street
(on left side of street).
